Yes, that's right. I want to convert cheese whey to alcohol. Any one know about the process? Resources or equipments?

Probably because the poster is a cheesemaker who is looking for a way to use the whey. You can only make so much bread or ricotta with it. And there are plenty of sugars going to waste. You'd probably need lactase to cleave the milk sugar into glucose and galactose. I don't believe yeast can digest lactose.

cheese manufacturers have the problem of where to discharge (or how to use) whey . A suitable process that integrates fermentation into alcohol allowing the contemporary recovery of protein content makes whey a valuable sub-product of the cheese industry .
This alcohol cna be used for the preparation, for example, of some cream spirits (like Baileys, just for example) . It can be also used as biofuel .

Might I ask why one would want to use cheese whey?
